Trust & Private Wealth Associate | NQ - 5 PQE | Top Tier Offshore Firm | Jersey | £75,000+ | Generous Relocation Package A top tier offshore firm is looking for a Trust & Private Wealth Associate to join their team, based in Jersey. The Firm & Team: - Tier 1/ Band 1 ranked private client, trusts and tax team - Offshore magic circle firm - Strong presence across a network of international offices including Cayman & BVI The Role: - Advise professional trustees, private individuals and families, financial institutions and charities on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters - Work as part of a dynamic team - Play an integral part in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and other advisors - Excellent lifestyle living and working in Jersey The Candidate: - Newly qualified to 5 PQE - Excellent academic background - Top quality training - Offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified - Candidates should have relevant experience in non-contentious and semi-contentious private client matters. This should include at least some of the following: trusts, wills, trust law analysis and advisory work, probate, wealth structuring, restructuring exercise and family estate planning.
