Commercial Property Solicitor, Lincoln

This legal 500 listed firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 0 - 5 years PQE to join it's Lincoln Office. The firm are full service and have a dominant regional presence in Lincolnshire. They continue to grow and pride themselves on being a forward-thinking organisation.

This is a rewarding opportunity to join an established team dealing with a wide variety of matters including multi-million pound sites, investment sales and acquisitions and all aspects of landlord and tenant work. The team act on behalf of both landowners and residential developers, registered social landlords and major high street banks. You will work within a team headed by a Legal 500 recommended partner.

The successful candidate will have experience in Commercial Property matters, but applications are welcome from candidates who are NQ and up to five years PQE. In addition, you must have a proven ability to develop client relationships and an interest in business development.
