Legal 500 listed and Chambers rated firm renowned for its property work is looking to appoint a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive to join its conveyancing team in Cheshire on a fixed term contract.

The firm is a friendly, down to earth solicitors with four offices throughout the North West offering high quality legal advice and an outstanding service to business and private clients. Offering a range of legal services to include Employment, Corporate & Commercial, Property, Litigation, Construction and private client services to include Family, Will & Probate, Conveyancing, Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury. Its aim is to strive to be different and to offer new and innovative processes to its clients.

The residential property team acts on behalf of large referrers and also private clients in the local community offering conveyancing services to include sales & purchases, remortgaging, co-ownership and help to buy.

Based in the busy Stockport office the role will involve working on a 3 month fixed term contract as part of a close knit and well established team handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions with minimal supervision and also acting as a point of contact in respect of other team members.

This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer who is available immediately to work with a well regarded firm with exposure to quality work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
