Catastrophic Injury Paralegal, Leeds

An international practice is seeking a catastrophic injury paralegal to join its Leeds office.

This team is highly regarded and provides advisory and litigation services to well known insurer clients. The files handled are varied and will include EL/PL and RTA matters. You will gain exposure to complex injuries including chronic pain, brain injuries and amputation.

As a catastrophic injury paralegal you will:

- Assist a partner in running a catastrophic injury caseload
- Provide diary management
- Draft court documents, reports to clients, witness statements and instructions to medical experts
- Liaise with clients and solicitors

The successful catastrophic injury paralegal will have:

- 12 months experience in EL/PL and RTA litigation
- Experience in assisting with catastrophic claims would be a distinct advantage
- Good academics, preferably to LPC level
