Property Litigation role with clear path to partnership

The Manchester office of this international firm is looking to recruit a senior level hire in property litigation as a result of strategic growth. If you are looking for a new opportunity at a firm that will fully recognise and reward your skills and hard work, this is the role for you.

The firm handle excellent quality landlord and tenant work on the commercial and residential side including property contracts, insolvency, rights of way, adverse possession and dilapidations.

This role will give you the chance to develop your property litigation practice autonomously in the private sector, with full internal support. You will join an existing team in a very vibrant and inclusive Manchester office offering an excellent working environment. The firm prides itself on its loyal, down to earth approach.

The firm has an impressive property litigation offering nationally and work across a variety of sectors to include development, retail and leisure, agriculture and commercial landlord and tenant. They are looking for a senior associate to take the reins and expand property litigation, fully integrating with the property litigation team on a national level.
