Long established North West law firm is recruiting a conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join its thriving residential property team in Chester.

This multi disciplinary firm now employs over 150 staff across a number of offices across the North West. The residential property team was amongst the first 40 firms in the country to secure the CQS accreditation. The team is led by a Partner who has been with the firm for many years and has dedicated considerable time in forging the department to become the highly reputable residential property team it is today.

The work is predominantly referral based and many clients return to the firm on a repeat basis. Due to continued expansion, the team is now looking to appoint a residential property solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to handle a range of transactions to include; Sales, purchases, remortgages, land acquisition and development, property transfers, flat conversions, property trust declarations, new build, plot sales, and buy to let.

Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months experience in handling a range of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing fee earner to offering exposure to good quality work with a long established and highly reputable firm with excellent career progression opportunities.
