Residential conveyancer. BCL Legal are currently assisting a local solicitors firm based in Oxfordshire with the recruitment of a residential conveyancer to join their residential property team dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a CQS accredited solicitors firm providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to mange their own caseload offering great exposure to high quality work.

The successful candidate will be required to manage an existing caseload of matters to work alongside an experienced solicitor. The successful applicant will be a responsible for their own caseload which will consist of freehold and leasehold transactions as well as transfers of equity particularly in relation to matrimonial and re-mortgages matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a residential conveyancer who has experience of managing their own caseload to establish themselves in a growing firm.

If you're an experienced conveyancer (qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or experienced fee earner) keen to enhance their knowledge in a supportive team structure that allows individual growth and progression then this role is certainly worth considering. In return this firm is looking for a residential conveyancer who has the ability to run their own caseload with minimal supervision.
