BCL is delighted to be assisting a highly regarded Birmingham based law firm who are seeking to recruit an employment solicitor to join its busy and impressive employment team in Birmingham as part of the firm's strategic growth plan.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a NQ-2 year PQE employment solicitor looking to work for sector focussed clients and undertake the full remit of employment work including; contentious, advisory, pensions, client training and transactional support.
The ideal candidate will have at least six months employment law experience and will have worked on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Any experience of pensions work would be of particular interest. You will be a team player, flexible and bright and be able to demonstrate your ability to work closely with clients and offer strategic advice.
You will be able to demonstrate a good technical understanding of employment law including; Equal Pay, TUPE and discrimination law. You will also be able to demonstrate an interest in working for sector focussed clients.
