Residential Conveyancer- Central Birmingham.

A start up residential conveyancing law firm with a particular focus in wills and probate property law has a unique opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced licensed fee earner to join their residential property team in Central Birmingham.

This role is ideal for a newly qualifed Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earning licensed conveyancer or an experienced paralegal fee earner who is keen to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and also play a key part in business development to continue the success and nurture the current client base. This role would ideally suit an ambitious residential conveyancing lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years solid residential property experience and be able to manage a caseload from initial instruction through to post completion, unaided.

You will work closely with a partner on an active residential property and probate caseload but must be self-sufficient and able to develop and maintain client relationships.
