Property Litigation Solicitor. The Legal 500 ranked dispute resolution team of a leading practice in Nottingham is seeking to appoint a senior property litigation solicitor to join the bolster the offering. This is an excellent chance for a senior property litigation specialist to join a reputable team which can offer plenty of support and investment in the right individual.

As part of the wider dispute resolution team, the successful candidate will have the chance to work on a range of disputes but with a focus on property. The issues will include restrictive covenant disputes, adverse possession, dilapidations, access and boundary disputes as well as commercial landlord and tenant disputes. This means that a good working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 is highly desirable.

You will be ideally over five years PQE. Have you reached the glass ceiling in your current role? Are you after long term career progression? If so this is the role for you. You will be able to build and maintain relationships with current clients and be able to establish relationships with new clients. You will be enthusiastic and a team player.
