NQ Property Litigation Solicitor. An NQ property litigation solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position as an NQ property litigation solicitor within the Southampton offices of a leading national practice. The NQ property litigation solicitor will join a hugely successful property litigation team with a national spread of work. Due to expansion, they are looking for a driven and ambitious NQ property litigation solicitor to join a growing team.

The firm is a big brand national firm with an excellent profile in property litigation work. The team nationally handles a broad range of complex disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues and development work. The work will be high level and rewarding and push a driven and ambitious property litigation lawyer to take on some complex work for a varied client based including property investors, occupiers and developers.

An ideal candidate will have a seat in litigation from a well known national or regional firm as well as a strong academic record. Ideally you should have a good knowledge of basic litigation procedure and an interest in developing a specialism handling complex work for property litigation clients.
