BCL Legal is pleased to be working with this leading national firm in its recruitment of an experienced real estate solicitor to join its residential development team in Birmingham working on complex site acquisitions and site set ups nationally for leading UK housebuilders on their large scale residential developments.

You should have experience in both leasehold and freehold schemes and a proven track record in site set up for plot sales as well as experience in negotiating infrastructure agreements.

It is essential that you have high level technical experience of acting for housebuilders on major new build developments.

With a minimum of five years' post qualification experience, you should have the ability to work fairly autonomously, managing your own time and developing and maintaining client relationships on behalf of the firm.

The successful real estate solicitor will be able to demonstrate a high level of gravitas whilst being personable, sharp and confident.
