Insolvency Solicitor. We are currently assisting a highly-recommended insolvency department at a national firm in Chester with the recruitment of an experienced insolvency solicitor. The role will be working as part of a department that has extensive experience of acting for insolvency practitioners, ABL and other lenders and directors in all aspects of corporate insolvency.

They offer a full range of insolvency services to a vast array of clients, which include lenders, administrators, liquidators and corporate clients as well as also covering personal insolvency. The department is attracting a high volume of excellent quality meaning the role will suit somebody who is able to hit the ground running and will ideally candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in the insolvency sector.
