Defendant Healthcare Solicitor

Are you a Solicitor with clinical negligence experience seeking an opportunity to gain more exposure to defendant healthcare work? If so, this would be a perfect opportunity to join the Healthcare Department at a national law firm on a 12 month contract.

The Top 45 firm is seeking a Healthcare Solicitor to join their Healthcare team in the Liverpool office. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, covering maternity leave.

As a Healthcare Solicitor in the Healthcare Department you will handle a caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters on behalf of the NHS and individual healthcare practitioners. You will handle pre and post litigated cases from inception to conclusion.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with 2 - 6 years PQE or an NQ with pre-qualified clinical negligence experience. You must be flexible and be able to work on your own initiative.

Over the 12 month fixed term, you will be offered a generous salary of up to £42,000. In addition, you will be offered a competitive benefits package including 25 days holiday, healthcare cover and travel loans.
