Construction Solicitor

Construction Solicitor. If you are an enthusiastic junior construction solicitor wishing to join a highly regarded and successful construction team within a Legal 500 practice working from their Milton Keynes and London offices, then this role could provide you with the next step up on your career ladder.

The successful candidate will enjoy:

- Handling a predominantly construction caseload to include standard form and bespoke building contracts, collateral warranties, novation agreements, drafting and negotiating construction documents in relation to development schemes, assignments and third party rights schedules
- Handling some contentious construction work from time to time
- Acting on behalf of clients that include main contractors, sub-contractors, developers and investor occupier clients from various sectors such as shopping centres, hotels and restaurants
- Business development, developing contacts for the team and the firm
- Ongoing training and support throughout your career
- Genuine career development prospects
- Competitive remuneration.

The role would suit an NQ to four years' PQE solicitor with relevant construction experience including some of, although not all of, the specialism areas detailed above. Applications from more senior solicitors will also be considered.
