Commercial Property Solicitor.

This well established and market leading practice in Suffolk is seeking to recruit a junior commercial property solicitor to join its collegiate team. For a junior commercial property solicitor there is a high degree of autonomy on offer, in addition to a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits package.

As part of a strong commercial property team you will have chance to work on a range of matters including the sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, working with agricultural and rural properties, leasehold and freehold matters, development and some construction work. As a junior commercial property lawyer you will have support and mentoring from experts within the field, as well as being able to operate with a small caseload of your own.

The successful candidate is likely to be an NQ to two years PQE commercial property solicitor with some experience of handling commercial matters. You will have an interest in getting involved in business development and marketing.
