Residential Conveyancer

A well regarded and reputable law firm with an outstanding residential property department has an opportunity in their Aylesbury office for a residential conveyancer.

The Role:

· Dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including freehold, leasehold, newbuild, shared ownership and lease extensions from inception to completion including post completion
· Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures
· Directing support staff and allocating work to them
· Working closely with local agents and other contacts leading to referrals of work, playing an active role in the further growth and development of the department including fostering good working relationships with existing referrers and attending networking events
· Development of working relationships with new contacts

Candidate Requirements:

· Residential conveyancer.
· Qualified solicitor, legal executive or CLC qualified conveyancer. Experienced fee earners will also be considered.
· Ability to manage your own caseload.

Benefits:

· This role is full time
· Salary: £50,000 per annum.
· Holiday entitlement will be 24 days per annum plus bank holidays (3-4 of which are to be reserved for the Christmas break).
· After a probation period, they will receive membership to the Westfield Health Scheme which entitles them to receive annual allowances towards dental treatment, optical checks and supplies as well as other benefits.
