Commercial Litigation and Employment Solicitor

A highly regarded law firm based in across the South East looking to appoint a newly qualified or recently qualified solicitor to be based in their Reading offices. The position will suit a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation and employment law who wants to join a progressive and reputable law firm.

The Role:

· The disputes resolution and employment team represent deal with a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, employment matters, property disputes and contentious probate matters.
· The firm team have a strong work ethic and team ethos who place importance on employee satisfaction and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

· The structure of the team will support the appointment of a candidate that is newly qualified to two year post-qualification experience solicitor.
· Candidates should have experience of advising clients on a broad range of disputes including one or more of commercial litigation, employment, property and probate disputes.
· Strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and the willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
