Conveyancing Assistant- Leeds

The Firm:

-Due to growth an opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing assistant to join the Leeds office of this award winning law firm

The Role:

-An opportunity has now arisen within the residential property team which will involved assisting a fee earner on a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion to include;

Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity


-Whilst conveyancing experience would be advantageous, you will have excellent communication skills, experience of liaising with clients and a real desire to succeed


-This is an excellent opportunity for a LPC graduate or someone who is seeking to move into a recognised leading commercial firm
-The firm is offering a clear progression route and the opportunity for some who enjoys working in a fast paced environment whilst being supporte
