Commercial Property Solicitor

A strong regional practice across East Anglia is seeking to recruit an NQ commercial property solicitor to join its busy Legal 500 ranked team in Cambridge. Close partner contact, genuine career progression and development opportunities are on offer

The Role:

* This regional heavyweight works across the range of commercial property matters transacting with, and on behalf of, individuals, chains of stores, larger corporations and on major development projects.
* They have strong relationships with architects, accountants and chartered surveyors and you will work on a range of property matters involving the ownership and development of freehold and leasehold land and buildings.

Candidates Requirements:

* You will be between NQ to two years PQE having done a seat, or had post-qualification experience, in commercial property
* You will have working knowledge of landlord and tenant work, and commercial sales and purchases
