Commercial Property Solicitor.

This well established and market leading practice in Suffolk is seeking to recruit a junior commercial property solicitor to join its collegiate team. For a junior commercial property solicitor there is a high degree of autonomy on offer, in addition to a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The Role:

* As part of a strong commercial property team you will have chance to work on a range of matters including the sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, working with agricultural and rural properties, leasehold and freehold matters, development and some construction work
* As a junior commercial property lawyer you will have support and mentoring from experts within the field, as well as being able to operate with a small caseload of your own

Candidate Requirements:

* The successful candidate is likely to be an NQ to two years PQE commercial property solicitor with some experience of handling commercial matters
* You will have an interest in getting involved in business development and marketing.
