Commercial Property Solicitor

The Role will involve:
* Working predominantly on land acquisitions for residential development.
* Working on disposals (short term and longer term strategic land), promotion agreements, regeneration, affordable housing, infrastructure and reversionary sales as well as more general real estate work.
* Complex and high calibre work for national house builders across the UK.

Candidate Requirements of the successful commercial property solicitor:
* Newly qualified (NQ) through to five years' post qualification level, with solid real estate experience and at the higher end of the PQE bracket specific experience in residential development work.
* Solid technical skills and training and post qualification experience in a range of real estate areas ideally from a highly regarded regional, national or international firm.
* A strong academic profile, ideally 2.1 at degree level.
