Commercial Property Solicitor

Regional heavyweight practice in Nottingham seeking associate / senior associate level commercial property solicitor. Interesting work including dealing with the energy sector, charities and public bodies is available for you!

The role:

* This team is diverse and deals with a range of clients across the commercial property specialism handling a huge breadth of work including highly complex transactions.
* Clients include occupiers, investors, developers and landowners as well as large household named corporations
* The team is also exposed to planning, environmental issues, construction and engineering as well as real estate finance

Candidate Requirements:

* You will be ideally between four and nine years PQE with experience in commercial property gained in private practice or in-house
* You will be ambitious and seeking your next role to be one where you will progress to partnership
* Business development and marketing are key for this appointment

Benefits:

* Salary between £50,000 - £60,000
