Company Commercial Solicitor. A company commercial solicitor is offered an exciting new opportunity to secure a position as a company commercial solicitor with the north Oxfordshire offices of a leading regional law firm. The successful solicitor will join a Legal 500 ranked company commercial team undertake work for a broad spectrum of clients.

The Role:
· To work as a company commercial solicitor in a Legal 500 ranked team in Wiltshire.
· To advise a broad range of clients including national & international businesses as well as SME's & new start ups.
. To work on a broad mixture of company, corporate and commercial law matters.

Candidate Requirements:
· Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
· Company commercial law experience gained in private practice or in-house.
· Strong communication skills and ability to build good client relationships.
· Desire to work in a friendly collaborative team environment.

· Competitive salary in line with regional norms.
