BCL Legal is pleased to be working alongside a well regarded national practice m in Birmingham with its recruitment of a junior insolvency solicitor to join its team in Birmingham

The role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly regarded national team with access to a good mix of both personal and corporate insolvency for both local and multi-national clients on domestic and cross-border matters.

The team

This is a great opportunity to join a thriving practice with an established insolvency and restructuring practice. The work undertaken by the team covers both insolvency and restructuring, with a focus on contentious work pursuing claims against directors (and other parties) in order to recover assets on behalf of creditors.

The candidate

Ideally you will be a recently qualified solicitor with a strong desire to specialise in insolvency/restructuring work and be able to demonstrate at least 6-18 months experience. You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and keen to progress your career within a supportive environment. In return you will have the chance to join a highly regarded national firm in Birmingham, work on a range of interesting and complex contentious insolvency work with a clear pathway for career development.
