Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate An excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join an offshore / international firm, in London. The firm operates from the Caribbean, Channel Islands, Africa, the UK, and Asia across the banking, real estate, aviation, maritime, insurance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and fintech sectors globally. Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking to bolster their offering to their offshore practice with the addition of a senior associate in London. The successful commercial litigation lawyer joining this highly renowned commercial litigation team in London will undertake all aspects of commercial disputes matters, which will include: - Insolvency - General contract and tort claims - Fraud - Asset tracing - Asset recovery - Arbitrations - Shareholder disputes - Foreign court proceedings - Contentious trusts - Injunctions This position is ideally suited to commercial litigation candidates with a minimum of six years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display a strong academic background, and training and experience gained with a reputable city or international practice.
