The firm / team:
· Successful candidates can look forward to joining a Top 30 (UK), city-based law firm, looking to strengthen their Private Wealth disputes offering with the addition of a talented Associate with between one and three years' post qualification experience.
· They are considered to be amongst the industry leaders in Contentious Trusts & Probate law, ranked in the Legal 500 (Tier 2), advising ultra-high net worth entrepreneurs, business owners, and families, offering a high level of legal services.
· The team itself is highly established, with 2 Partners, 3 mid-level/senior Associates, and 3 junior associates, in addition to junior support staff.
· This is a hardworking, specialist firm that embrace hybrid working and flexibility, whilst still providing the highest level of service for their clients.
The role:
· As a Contentious Trusts & Probate Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department.
· The firm are looking for someone capable of developing into a trusted advisor to their biggest clients.
· The work involved will predominantly include advising high and ultra-high net-worth business owners in addition to international trustees on complex and high value wealth disputes.
· The main focus of the role will be international disputes, with the firm having a large and established client base in the APAC market.
About you:
· Applications are sought from qualified solicitors with three and four years' post qualification experience, gained in a leading Employment law team, however applications from exceptional candidates with experience outside of this bracket will still be considered.
· This should include strong exposure to the types of work listed above, ideally across a range of disputes and sectors.
· Candidates should have strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining a leading Legal 500-ranked, Top 100 law firm.
· The role will suit a hard-working, and personable solicitor, who is seeking to join a successful and progressive firm.
Benefits:
· Salary package of £90,000 - £100,000 DOE.
