This firm has an exceptional profile in corporate work with a full service corporate offering across M&A, equity capital markets, public company takeovers, private equity and more. The Role - The successful solicitor will work in a highly regarded corporate practice with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients - The team work with a wide range of UK and international clients within a range of sectors to include the food, retail, manufacturing and utility sectors amongst others - Due to workflow, they are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to play a central role in transaction delivery and client relationship development and there will be a clear path to progress. - You will get involved with transactions involving private equity, equity capital markets and public company M&A. - This is a fast paced department offering some of the best corporate work in the market. - You'll be able to get involved in incredibly high quality varied work, receive first class ongoing training and a top of the market salary. The Candidate - Experienced corporate Solicitor, 2-4 PQE - You will need to be hard-working, motivated and ambitious with strong technical skills -They are keen to hear from lawyers who have an interest or experience in M & A(public and private), private equity and/or equity capitals markets work.
