In-house Banking Lawyer (Remote working)

A well-known Manchester financial services business requires a banking lawyer to join a small legal team concentrating on corporate lending. The role can be offered on either a 4 or 5 day basis and performed mainly remotely, so applications are invited from banking solicitors based outside of the North West. Reporting to the Head of the lending team your role will involve advising the business on new and existing products and leading on transactions, proposals and litigation. This role requires knowledge of corporate lending, you should have several years experience in either a leading banking team in private practice or a financial services organisation.
