Senior Legal Counsel

Are you a senior in-house lawyer looking for a new challenge and the opportunity for progression? My client is a FTSE250 listed, international group based in Lancashire. The role can be recruited on a predominantly remote basis so applications from lawyers outside of the North West are welcome. Reporting to the General Counsel you will work with all levels of the business and support 2 junior lawyers. The role is really varied and will include: - Providing commercial advice and guidance on a broad range of issues including; commercial, regulatory and compliance matters; - Negotiating and drafting complex, multi-jurisdictional contracts; - Compliance matters include; anti-bribery, competition and data protection; and - Attending leadership team meetings. The role requires a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE, in-house experience and exposure to international work.
