If so, I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing assistant to join an award winning firm in the centre of Sheffield. The firm is Legal 500 listed with a national presence offering fantastic training and development programmes and CILEX qualifications.
You will assist the residential conveyancing team with a varied caseload from inception through to completion. Duties will include; opening files, drafting contracts, land registry, searches and liaising with clients and third parties throughout the transaction. You will gain very hands on experience which will allow you to progress your career within the firm.
* You need to have previous experience working within residential conveyancing, with a good understanding of the process
* You will be familiar with Land Registration practice and anti money laundering regulations
* You will be an organised and proactive team player with a flexible approach and strong communication skills.
