You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload from inception through to completion. You will join a vibrant, friendly and supportive team with lawyers at various levels to support you when needed. In addition, you will have a conveyancing assistant to support you with the transaction, allowing you to maintain the client contact at all times.
This is a brand new role so you can really make it your own and play a significant part in the growth of the team. There are plenty of opportunities for progression with the firm supporting professional qualifications.
*You must have previous experience within residential conveyancing handling a caseload
*You will have strong communication and relationship building skills
*Confident using a case management system
*You must be self motivated with a real drive to succeed and develop
