A recognised and reputable law firm based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced conveyancing assistant to join its thriving and friendly team one of its many offices. With over 190 staff across 7 offices, this firm prides itself on providing high quality legal services across a range of disciplines. Due to growth, the firm is now seeking to hire a conveyancing assistant to provide effective support to the fee earners.
Joining a thriving and progressive team, your role will be fundamental in assisting the fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Your role will include;
*Assisting the residential property team with a varied caseload of property matters
*Experience include: sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy, help to buy
*Duties include: Drafting contracts, land registry, ordering searches, post completion
*Liaising with clients both on the phone and face to face
*Previous experience within residential conveyancing
*Demonstrate high attention to detail and initiative
*Have excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
