Corporate Senior Associate - 4-8 PQE - International firm - Birmingham Corporate Associate/Senior Associate. BCL Legal is instructed by a highly reputable international practice in Birmingham, seeking to recruit a corporate solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a PE and M&A focused corporate practice at the Senior Associate level working for an enviable client base. This team is renowned for the quality of its work, advising FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies on deals nationally and internationally. This is truly a unique opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a corporate team that's on a steep growth trajectory. The team/role: The successful candidate joining this dynamic corporate team will manage their own matters and assist on larger transactions. In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of an expanding and ambitious Midlands' corporate practice. Your case load will focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Candidate requirements: Candidates should be able to display a strong academic background, strong technical skills and commercial awareness. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate fantastic organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. As a corporate solicitor joining this team you will also be able to display the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding client service. This role is ideally suited to corporate solicitors with a minimum of four years' post qualification experience through to senior associates with up to about eight years' post qualification experience. This team is led by corporate partners who are considered to be experts in their field.
