Projects/Infrastructure Lawyer - 5-10+PQE (Senior/Principal Associate) - Birmingham Market leading national law firm is seeking a Projects/Infrastructure Lawyer to join its team in Birmingham working on a wide range of high quality and complex commercial work primarily for public and private sector clients across the health, housing and emergency service sectors. The Role As a Projects/Infrastructure Lawyer in this team, you would: - Have the opportunity to join a highly regarded team of projects lawyers who are recognised for the quality of their work in the health, social care, emergency and housing sectors. - Advise on a number of market leading matters in the PFI / Projects / Infrastructure arenas (the team is currently advising on a number of schemes within the NHS New Hospital Programme) - Be involved in the advising on terminating PFI contracts in the health and emergency services sectors. - Take responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the partners and solicitors of the commercial teams on business development opportunities. About You To be successful in your application for this Projects/Infrastructure Lawyer vacancy, you will have: - A minimum of five years' PQE in commercial or projects work. - An interest in the healthcare, emergency and social housing sectors. - Good commercial legal drafting skills and experience of drafting, negotiating and advising on project documents. - A good teamwork ethic. - A positive and proactive outlook. - A genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients.
