You'll have the chance to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including: * Acquisitions * Disposals * Takeovers * Mergers * Franchises * Company Restructuring * Shareholder Agreements * Strategic advice in relation to exit planning * Advising on external investment * Various commercial contracts (t's & c's, supply agreements, agency/distribution agreements) as well as data privacy, IT and IP matters. You'll be expected to have a good knowledge of the legal aspects of corporate and commercial matters as well as the ability to manage/support on a caseload efficiently and effectively. You'll also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, so you can confidently and clearly explain legal concepts to clients. You should also be entrepreneurial and keen to engage with clients and get involved in networking and business development.
