Corporate Solicitor (0-2PQE) - growing national firm - Northampton A growing national firm with a highly regarded corporate team seeks a bright, dynamic and ambitious corporate lawyer at the 0-2 years' post-qualification experience level to join its Northampton team acting for clients nationally and internationally. This is an opportunity to join a thriving corporate team headed up by experienced partners who have been recognised as leaders in their field and recommend by the Legal 500. The team advise on the full remit of corporate matters to include; * M&A * Private equity funding * Sales * Venture and development funding * Restructuring The role The successful candidate will gain exposure to quality clients including Private Equity, regional groups acting for both buyers and sellers.
