Commercial Lawyer (Public Sector)

Commercial Lawyer - Public Sector Team - 3+ PQE - International Law Firm - Birmingham Are you a qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years' PQE? Do you have a proven track record in advising on commercial (and corporate) matters? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading, Birmingham based law firm as a Senior Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate looking to take the next step in their career and focus on public sector work moving forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a service to the firm's Public Sector clients, advising on the establishment of Teckal companies, EU procurement law, PPP/PFI contracts, local authority governance matters and ad hoc corporate and commercial queries. You will have excellent technical skills and an innovative approach to their application, together with strong client focus, drive and enthusiasm. You must have the ability to manage files independently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
