The successful candidate will be an experienced Commercial Technology Partner with 8+ years of post-qualification experience. You will have a deep understanding of the technology sector and commercial law, and be able to provide advice on a range of legal issues including IP, licensing, data protection, IT contracts, and software development. You will have excellent communication and client-facing skills, with proven ability to build relationships and ideally a portable client base. You will also enjoy training, supervising and managing junior lawyers and be keen to grow a team around yourself.
