The Role: As a Real Estate Solicitor in this prestigious Development team, you will be involved in: * Leading the structuring, delivery, and disposal/acquisition of major urban residential-led mixed-use development schemes, providing expert advice to developers and investors. * Handling high-value strategic and immediate land acquisitions, site setups, and disposals for leading UK house builders. * Negotiating and drafting Collaboration and Joint Venture agreements between landowners, master developers, and house builders. * Advising on Planning Promotion agreements for landowners and promoters. About You: To excel in this role, you will need: * A minimum of three years' PQE, ideally with experience in complex residential and mixed-use development schemes (commercial development experience will also be considered). * A collaborative mindset with a strong teamwork ethic. * Ambition, drive, and a proactive approach to your work. * Outstanding client-facing skills. * Experience in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, with the ability to lead on complex projects.
