About the Division: Our client's Real Estate Division acts for a diverse range of clients including NHS organisations, local government, independent health and social care providers, emergency services providers, and primary healthcare providers (GPs, dentists, and pharmacists). Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial real estate matters Work on significant development projects including new hospital and health centre developments, and major Local Government regeneration schemes Handle landlord and tenant issues, asset management, and major land sales Collaborate with partners and senior team members on business development opportunities Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction Skills and Experience: Relevant experience in commercial real estate Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously with a team-oriented mindset Why Join This Leading National Law Firm?
