BCL Legal is currently recruiting for a dynamic NQ solicitor to join a well-regarded team based in Birmingham, specialising in planning and infrastructure projects. About the Role: In this role, you will be involved in a variety of planning and highway-related legal work. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing legal advice and support on a variety of complex planning and highways matters. - Drafting and negotiating highway agreements, planning agreements, and other infrastructure-related documents.
