Residential Conveyancer

A regional firm with national reach is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them in Somerset. THE ROLE As a Conveyancer in the team, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, right-to-buy, shared ownership, lease extensions and deeds of variation. You will work on registered and unregistered titles.
