A well-regarded regional firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join them as the manager of the completions team. THE ROLE As the manager of the completions team, you will work closely with the residential conveyancing manager. You will manage the completions department to provide professional and efficient residential conveyancing completions service. You will drive projects, help to modernise systems and develop key staff within the completions team. You will work on SDLT returns and payments, entry/removal of restrictions on title, preparation of AP1/FR1s, and diarising and carrying out official searches. You will deal with registrations including complex applications such as first registrations, lease extensions and removal of notices, in addition to more straightforward transfers. ABOUT YOU - You will have at least 2 years of recent experience in a Completions type role - You will ideally be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer - You will ideally have team management experience FURTHER INFORMATION - £35,000 - £40,000 salary - 25 days annual leave + bank holidays If you are interested in this role and you have the pre-requisite experience, please send your up-to-date CV to BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
