Paralegal Roles

A highly-regarded international firm is looking for paralegals to join them in their well-performing asset management and energy networks teams, in Birmingham. THE ROLES As a paralegal in the Energy Networks Team, you will be working as part of a team which secures legal property rights for electric, gas and telecoms apparatus to ensure the safe operation of these networks. You will complete tasks across all aspects of the processes to become really familiar with how the team works. As a paralegal in the Asset Management team, you will be working as part of a team which works for property investors. The team assists with the management of their clients' assets across all sectors, including industrial and logistics, office and retail. The work involves leasehold transactions including granting new leases, renewals, surrenders, re-gears, dealing with landlord's and tenant's works, licences and wayleaves. As a paralegal in either of these teams, you will interact with all aspects of the work and become really familiar with how the team works. You will have direct contact with clients and become a very valued and integral part of the teams.
