Corporate Paralegal

A highly regarded international brand is looking for an enthusiastic paralegal to join their corporate team in Birmingham. THE ROLE This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic paralegal to join a highly performing and expanding team. As a paralegal in the corporate team, you will work with the team to advise clients and deliver projects in several areas including private clients and family investment, wealth management, business activity including corporate restructuring and some M&A work.
