Residential Conveyancer

A regional firm is looking for a residential conveyancing assistant to join their team, based in Stoke-on-Trent. THE ROLE As a Conveyancer in the team, you will manage a caseload of Residential Property transactions from start to completion. You will manage a wide range of Residential Property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity. You will have the benefit of an assistant who will work with you on a 1-2-1 basis.
