Head of Department - Clinical Negligence

A highly-performing Clinical Negligence team in Warwickshire is looking for a Head of Department to join them. THE ROLE As the Head of Department in this clinical negligence team, you will manage a caseload of high value clinical negligence matters whilst also managing and developing the wider department. You will ensure that the quality of work and performance in the team is kept to its current high standards, and you will monitor the viability of cases coming into the team.
