Residential Conveyancer

A highly regarded national firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Birmingham team. THE ROLE As a member of the team you will manage a caseload (around 15-20 matters) of residential property transactions. Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and lease extensions, and a mix of registered and unregistered titles. You will be working with a mixture of clients including faith, charity, social business corporate clients and also private clients.
