Senior Conveyancer

A top national firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Nottingham. THE ROLE As an experienced conveyancer in the team, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, remortgages, lease extensions and auction transactions. You will work on registered and unregistered titles. You will also supervise junior fee earners and support staff, and you will manage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducers.
